Hydrogen Mem-Tech (HMT) is expanding rapidly, and we need enablers. We are looking for candidates within the field of mechanical engineering, CAD and analysis in our offices in Trondheim.
Hydrogen Mem-Tech (HMT) have a proprietary technology that uses a Palladium membrane to separate H2 gas from a gas mixture. This gas mixture could originate from natural gas or biogas or any other H2-containing gas mixture. The remaining gas, drained of H2, can easily be stored without emissions.
We have our production facilities in Fossegrenda in Trondheim and plan to scale up our production here.
Description of position
The position will be linked to product development, where innovation and design are key subjects. Here, you would have the position to influence the product directly, as well as proposing solutions to potential customers and clients. In addition, you would be responsible for development of GA drawings and models, fabrication drawings, design of new solutions and components and FEM analysis.
- Minumum B.Sc, Mechanical or similar discipline
- Preferably M.Sc
- 5 years of experience
- Experience with the following topics:
- Analysis and design
- FEM Analysis
- Fabrication and manufacturing
- Hydrogen systems
- ASME Section VIII
Personal qualities and skills
- Capability to work alone and in teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills
